Return Policy

We thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return policy is as follows: Once you have received your package, you have 3 days to exchange ONLY. If 3 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to issue an exchange for your purchase.  There are NO REFUNDS on purchases.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged :
Stethoscopes, compression socks, embroidered items, badge reels, watches, sale or clearance items.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards/Gift certificates
Some health and personal care items

If you are approved, then your new order will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days. PLEASE NOTE: if the cost of new item is greater than item previously exchanged, customer will be responsible to pay the difference prior to new item being shipped.
