Shipping Policy

For Purchases: Shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.99 unless express shipping or local pick up is selected. Please note that once you place your order, it takes our system up to 24-48 hours to process the actual payment. Once you make a purchase on our website, in stock items usually ship with 5-7 business.  Orders placed after 5:00 pm on weekdays and/or weekends,  will be processed on the following business day. All orders ship out on Mondays and Thursdays weekly by 5pm. Excluding Major Holidays. 

Preorders/Out of Stock: Some merchandise may be purchased when out of stock.  Customer will be required to pay for product at the time of ordering including shipping costs. Out of stock purchases could take anywhere between 7-14 business days to be fulfilled. No refunds will be made should customer decide not to keep order. For Bulk Orders/Group Orders: An additional shipping & handling charge will be included with total costs of purchase. (Contact us via email at info@scrubconnections.com for further details)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
